花のある食卓
代官山の旧山手通りにに、ヨーロピアンスタイルのカフェがあり、
その奥には、昭和初期の洋館のレストランが隠れています。
店内にはお花が咲きみだれていてテーブルからは中庭が眺められますが、そこにもお花畑が・・・。
トスカーナ地方の邸宅のような趣で、とっても素敵な場所。
グレープフルーツの泡のソースにオレンジ色の花びらはプリメラ。
食用の花びらのようで、その下にテリーヌが隠れていました。
次に、からすみのたっぷりとかかったパスタ
おねぎと一緒にかかっている黄色い物体は、
またまたお花で、食用菊のスライスしたもの。
そして、メインにイベリコ豚
デザートは、バラの香りの季節のタルト
シャーベットには赤バラの花びらが。。。
最後の最後に、
ガラスベースにフルーツとスイーツとお花が飾り付けられた
演出のデザートと、カフェが運ばれてきました。
